Knockvicar Alpaca Farm offers a wide range of services and alpaca experiences to not only the general public, but also to fellow alpaca owners.

Alpaca Trekking
Immersive yourself in the tranquil surroundings of Knockvicar Alpaca Farm with our 90 minute alpaca trek, where you can lead your own alpaca on a stroll.
You will be accompanied by an experienced guide that is ready to answer all of your alpaca questions.
Our male alpacas take the lead during the alpaca treks, you can be accompanied by any of our male herd.
Alpaca trekking is suitable for the whole family. Any child over the age of 12 can lead their own alpaca within the group. Children under 12 will also be given a reign, but an adult will have to take the main lead for the alpaca.

Alpaca Farm Visits
Our farm visits take approximately 30-45 minutes. Immersive yourself amongst the alpacas as they feed. Great fun for the whole family creating picture perfect memories to last a lifetime.
The farm visit is suitable for all age groups and the barn is fully accessible. You will be given some alpaca feed and will have the opportunity to hand feed the alpacas.
All farm visits are conducted by an experienced team member who will give a safety talk prior to meeting your new furry friends. They will oversee the whole visit and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the alpacas.
