Knockvicar Alpacas Shine in Competition
Sunday 16th March was an unforgettable day for Knockvicar Alpacas as we proudly showcased our incredible stud alpacas at the prestigious Alpaca Association of Ireland National Alpaca Show. The event was filled with excitement, camaraderie, and a celebration of these wonderful animals. We are beyond thrilled to share the fantastic achievements of our alpacas, who made us incredibly proud with their outstanding performances.
A Day of Success and Celebration
Competing among some of the finest alpacas, our entries did not disappoint. Oíche put on an excellent display and secured a well-earned second place in his category, proudly taking home a silver medal. Meanwhile, Fainne and Isaac exceeded all expectations, both clinching first place in their respective categories and earning well-deserved gold medals.
What made this achievement even more special was the fact that these were the only alpacas we entered into the competition, making their victories all the more remarkable. Their success is a testament to the quality and dedication that goes into raising and caring for our alpacas at Knockvicar Alpacas.
A Huge Thank You to the Organisers
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Alpaca Association of Ireland for organising such a well-run and enjoyable alpaca show. The level of effort, commitment, and passion that went into ensuring the event’s success did not go unnoticed. Andrew and Joe had a fantastic time representing Knockvicar Alpacas at the show, connecting with fellow breeders, and celebrating a shared love for alpacas.
